A Chicago dog has pickle spears, not slices. And tomato. And a poppy seed bun.<br /><br />Of course, the most important part is the hot dog itself. People wait in line for hours at Hot Doug's in Chicago for a Chicago dog built from a Vienna hot dog and when you bite into a Vienna hot dog it seems like time well spent.
