This dinner looks especially tasty. The panko-breaded porkchop reminds me of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonkatsu" rel="nofollow">Tonkatsu</a>, a panko-breaded cutlet popular in Japan.<br /><br />I too picked up a pie from Diane that morning - a "confetti" pie with a mix of berries and other fruit. Too many seeds for your Grandmother, but you should try it some time. Really outstanding.<br /><br />I love the pierogies from Posh Pierogies.
